Completo is a personal productivity app for the things you do on repeat: habits, chores, and routines. Add a task once, check it off when it's done, and it disappears from your dashboard until it's scheduled to come back.
Three steps, and then the app gets out of your way.
Add the task once. A habit, a chore, a routine, anything you do more than once. You will not type it again.
Set how often it should come back. Every day, certain days of the week, or every so many days.
Check it off and it leaves the dashboard. It comes back on its own when it is due again.
Built for repeating work, which is most of the work.
The next due date counts from when you actually finished, not from a fixed calendar. Do it two days late and the clock restarts from then.
Finished items leave the dashboard instead of piling up with a line through them. What is on screen is what is actually left.
A running count of what you have cleared today, so you can see the day close out rather than guess at it.
Daily, every other day, weekly, biweekly, monthly, every N days, or specific days of the week.
Sign in with Google or a magic link and it runs in any browser, on your laptop or your phone. iOS and Android apps are planned.
Export everything whenever you want. Delete your account and all of its data from Settings in one step, no email required.
It is a young product built by one person. Here is the honest picture.
A working dashboard for recurring tasks, with the schedules listed above, progress for the day, and full control of your own data. It is free while Completo is in early access.
Early adopters shape what gets built next. There is no committee here, so a good suggestion can land in the product quickly.
Add them once, set how often they come back, and let the dashboard take care of the rest.
